Please do not submit sensitive information.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use form data to answer enquiries, assess a possible collaboration and take requested pre-contractual steps, based on consent and your request. We process minimal technical data based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and operational. Google Analytics is loaded only with your consent, which you can withdraw through Cookie settings. Vercel provides aggregated traffic and performance metrics based on our legitimate interest in improving the website while minimising data.

4. Providers and international transfers

We do not sell data or use it for personalised advertising. Data may be processed on our behalf by Vercel Inc. for hosting and aggregated analytics, Resend Inc. for contact-form email, and Google LLC only if you consent to Analytics. Where data is processed outside the EEA, applicable safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses will be used.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and, if a professional relationship begins, for the time needed to manage it and comply with legal duties. Technical logs are retained for limited security and diagnostic periods. Analytics-cookie durations appear in the cookie policy.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability and withdraw consent by emailing contacte@suquet.studio. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

7. Security, children and changes

The professional services are not specifically aimed at children. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, although no internet system is completely secure. We may update this policy when the website, providers or law change.
